§ 1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website available at www.festiwalkundalinijogi.pl.

The website operating under the address www.festiwalkundalinijogi.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is managed by the association BIBLIOTEKA NAUK KUNDALINI JOGI, ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 4/4, 81-846 Sopot, KRS 0000336364, NIP 5851450579 (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”).

These Terms and Conditions are available on the Website in a manner that allows the User to access, reproduce, and store their content.

§ 2 Rules for Using the Website

The Website enables users to register for participation in the annual Kundalini Yoga Festival according to the teachings of Yogi Bhajan (hereinafter referred to as the “Festival”) and to make a supporting contribution to the Association.

To complete registration successfully, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Festival Terms and Conditions is required.

Additionally, successful registration requires:

  • a device with internet access enabling web browsing,
  • a keyboard or other device allowing proper completion of electronic forms.

It is recommended to use the latest versions of web browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Opera, Safari for OS X, etc.

The Website uses Responsive Web Design (RWD) technology, which adjusts content to the device used, and holds an SSL certificate, ensuring secure encrypted communication.

§ 3 Conditions for Festival Registration

Registration for the Festival is made by completing the appropriate form available on the Website.

The person registering is required to provide accurate personal data, including:

  • full name
  • residential address
  • email address
  • mobile phone number

After receiving the registration, the Association confirms receipt via email sent to the address provided in the registration form.

§ 4 Payment of the Supporting Fee

The supporting fee may be paid in one of the following ways:
a) bank transfer to the Association’s account
b) via payment services of external providers

After registration, the applicant will receive an email containing the necessary payment details, including the bank account number.

§ 5 Confirmation of Participation

Confirmation of the right to participate in the Festival is:

  • registration, and
  • proof of payment of the supporting fee in the required amount

Confirmation may also take the form of a pass issued by the Association. The pass is issued electronically and sent to the email address provided in the order form.

The delivery time of the pass is indicated on the Website. The Association will make every effort to send the pass within the specified timeframe.

§ 6 Withdrawal from Participation

A person who registered via the Website and paid the supporting fee (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) may withdraw within 14 days from the payment date, provided that withdrawal occurs no later than 30 days before the Festival start date.

To exercise this right, the Participant must notify the Association by submitting a withdrawal statement via email to: kontakt@festiwalkundalinijogi.pl
The deadline is met if the statement is sent before it expires. Statements submitted after the deadline have no legal effect.

A template withdrawal form (Appendix No. 1) is provided electronically after payment.

If the Participant withdraws at least 30 days before the Festival and does not use the 14-day withdrawal right:

  • all payments will be refunded minus a flat fee of PLN 100.

If withdrawal occurs less than 30 days before the Festival:

  • 50% of payments will be refunded minus PLN 100.

Refunds are made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Withdrawal is not possible within 2 days before the Festival or during the Festival.

§ 7 Rules for Publishing Reviews

The Association allows publishing reviews about the Festival on the Website.

Reviews must not:

  • violate the law
  • infringe rights of the Association or third parties

Participants must act in accordance with law, these Terms, and good practice.

The Association ensures that reviews come from actual Participants and verifies them before publication.

If necessary, the Association may contact the author to confirm participation.

Reviews:

  • are subjective opinions of Participants
  • do not represent the Association’s views

Participants bear full responsibility for their content.

The Association:

  • does not publish false reviews
  • does not commission fake reviews
  • does not distort reviews
  • publishes both positive and negative reviews
  • does not publish sponsored reviews

§ 8 Personal Data

The controller of personal data is the Association.

Rules regarding personal data protection are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

§ 9 Complaints

  1. The Association shall respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Failure to respond within this period means the complaint is deemed accepted.
  3. Responses are provided on paper or another durable medium.

§ 10 Final Provisions

  1. These Terms are available at www.festiwalkundalinijogi.pl
  2. These Terms are effective from January 1, 2026
