We organize the festival throughout the year on a voluntary basis, as part of Seva (selfless service).

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION

• On-site payments in cash, by card, or BLIK will not be possible.
• We are unable to issue invoices, as the festival contribution is a support fee, not a commercial service, and the festival is organized within an association.
• Refunds of the festival support fee are not possible after 3rd may 2026. The festival and its budget are planned based on the number of participants, which determines the related costs.
• The festival fee does not include accommodation or meals.
• Please bring proof of payment (printed or saved on your phone).
• The festival fee must be paid before the event, cashless online or, in exceptional cases, via bank transfer. Payments should be completed no later than one week before the festival start date.
• If you make your payment just a few days before the festival, please use only online payment via our website instead of a traditional bank transfer.
